Standing Desktop Desk (32")

This is an excellent product. I was running short of work space in my computer room, and the arrival of this standing desktop desk has increased my table top working area by about 25%! - mainly because my large Canon Pro-100S printer is now out of the way on top of the desktop desk. The desk is extremely well made and sturdy. It copes well with the printer which must weigh about 15kgs. The height of the desk above the table is adjustable via the legs, which can be shortened or lengthend over quite a range, so you could have it at about 6" above the base desk, or, as in my case, 16" above the base desk. There is no movement when the printer is working. A good product.

This is just what I needed. Flat-pack, easy to assemble, and provides a sturdy base for standing to work. Rather oddly the product reached me with a corner which had been damaged and then carefully repaired. When I pointed this out to the seller and asked for a discount they responded positively and gave me the money off I asked for--which was better for me than the hassle of going through a return process. All in all, I've ended up a satisfied customer.

Amazing product. Got this because I couldn't stand sitting down all day at work and buying a stand up desk was too much money. This is product is perfect.

good, sturdy, easy to put together

How often do you find a product that is EXACTLY what you're looking for at a great price? This little riser is all that and more! I needed a small, sturdy table to sit on top of another small, sturdy table so I can do artwork standing up. Looked at a number of options and this one stood out. The Pluses: - PRICE - Very affordable! - SIZE - Exactly right; enough space to work on without being huge or too narrow; nice flat surface - SOLIDLY BUILT - Well made but not too heavy or bulky - can easily lift and set it up - No parts, no pieces, no assembly required; - Height is easily adjustable, 4 legs have easy to press buttons that pop into holes; - Very stable; nothing moves, rocks or shakes once the legs are snapped into place; - It actually shipped and arrived a few days sooner than promised, so that was great too! The minuses: NONE I cannot recommend this riser highly enough. Depends on what you need, of course, but for me it's way better than the high priced, somewhat rickety-looking, complicated standing desks out there. It is really simple, really well-made, has a good-sized flat surface, doesn't move once put in place, is easy to set up and take down, AND a great value for the price! Delighted to give this product 5 stars.

This has made my office complete. The desk is well constructed and easy to assemble, and the height adjustments were easy to do. But the key to a standing desk is a good mat to stand on, so don't forget that. Plus I got more area to work with since my original desk underneath this standing desk is still available to use. Great product, very solid and sturdy.

I needed a secure, durable stand-up desktop that would fit on top of my existing desk, was large enough to support an external monitor and document stand as well as my mouse, but was still portable enough so I could set it aside when necessary. This desk unit filled all of those needs very nicely. I'd have given it 5 stars, but after assembly the legs angle slightly inward, giving the unit a somewhat pigeon toed appearance. However, the legs seem very sturdy, so I didn't return it to Amazon. After purchasing second desk: I raised my rating to 5 stars, based on ordering a second stand-up desk after a cross-country move. The newer unit has been improved in two ways: all of the support tubing is now black to match the desk itself, and the legs now angle appropriately. This is well worth the price, and looks nice on top of a large table or desk.

This is a seriously sturdy desktop that is plenty big to fit two monitors, a keyboard, and more. I ordered three of these for employees in my office when we bought new desks. The big problem with these is that the minimum height is actually too tall. Our new desks are 30 inches tall (a really standard desk height), and for a woman of average or less height (under 5'5"), adding 11 inches to a normal desk height is too much. One woman decided not to use hers, and the other two are standing on mats to lift them a little higher (and offer support for their feet). The adjustable heights of this product probably work nicely for taller women or average-height men and wonderfully for taller men, but it would make a lot more sense to make the starting height a few inches shorter. That being said, I was impressed by how heavy and sturdy this desktop is and how much desk space it gives, which is perfect for people, like our few employees, who are either used to or looking for a full standing desk and not just a monitor and keyboard up high enough for standing. Something to consider that we hadn't thought of ahead of time: using this on a desk instead of getting a full standing desk makes it difficult to use a tall chair. Our employees who use standing desks all have taller task chairs that previously allowed them (when they had full standing desks) to sit down occasionally because a full standing desk has space underneath to push in a tall chair. With this style of putting a higher surface on top of a normal desk, you can only push a normal-height chair beneath the desk because there isn't a tall underneath space. Overall, this product has offered my office a great way to give everyone the same desk while still accommodating people who prefer to stand. It would be great if they made them a little shorter.
