Is the "mushroom dark soy sauce" used as a replacement for regular "dark soy sauce", or should I get both the mushroom and regular dark?

The flavor and texture of the Mushroom soy is distinctive and powerful. We use it or regular depending on the receipe.

Is this product made in China?

Product’s website says it is made in southern China. I no longer have original bottle to check label.

Is this product kosher or not? i see the ou sign but when i ordered it, there was no ou sign on the jar.

No. They didn't pay OU for the stamp of approval. https://oukosher.org/kosher-alerts/kosher-alert-pearl-river-bridge-sauces/ Thankfully not being religious, I just hope a loving deity approves of such good soy sauce, endorsement fees or no.
