Is this L-Methylfolate?

I don’t know if it is L methylfolate. I take it as prescribed by my doctor because my body does not methylate folic acid as confirmed by blood test. This took care of my deficiency of folic acid and I feel so much better since starting it.

If I want to take standard 400 mcg of folate, how many drops would that be?

400/78 = 5,12820512. therefore, 5 drops.
