This product is medical grade and easy to assemble. The instructions were clear cut and all the necessary tools were included. My husband loves this product - helps him to get in and out of bed and to put things away in cupboards that were unreachable before. I would recommend this product if you have an elderly family member that needs extra help in reaching places. The side bar ensures there are no tumbles! Very good step up device
Old people need this instead of flimsy 3 step deathtraps to reach the oil on the top shelf. It's just one step so don't plan on changing light bulbs or cleaning the gutters with it but when you just need a little reach to the top shelf, this is a quality, stable step up with strong hand rail for stability and moving it around without bending over. Easy to assemble.

Perfect for what I wanted. Required for my 92yr old mother inlaw to get in and out of the shower/bath. Also came in handy for my little grandson to stand at the basin and wash his hands and clean his teeth. I recommend this item.
