Love the portions written on each container, but fades and washes off little by little in each wash. Love the different colors to distinguish the different portion sizes.

I bought these for myself and I absolutely love them! The organization is excellent—each container is clearly marked for things like veggies, fruit, and carbs. I really like that the sizes are pre-measured, so I know exactly how much a serving is (like one cup for veggies or a half-cup for carbs) just by looking at the container. It’s very well labeled and makes staying on track so much simpler.

The photo is misleading. Only a small card with basic portion info is included. The product description does not make this clear. All the materials need to be downloaded. The recipes in the downloadable book don’t even have the cup equivalents listed. I have the portion cups already. I bought this product specifically for the physical paper guides and book I thought I was getting. The planner and recipes are way too long to print - which is why I imagine it was cheaper to just put a link instead of actually printing and sending the documents. Now I have to look elsewhere to buy them.

I almost didn't buy this because of the complaints that the books were missing. Please note, they are E-Books. There is a QR code on top of the box. Alternatively, there is a small card that directs you to the website. There is a picture of the recipe book, and another of the planner. Simple click on them and they download. I like that the recipes include how many of each container is being used, making it easy to keep track.

This didn’t even come with the 21 day book! You have to go to a website that doesn’t even work. It only that, it doesn’t tell you how to calculate your baseline calories in order to calculate the rest.
