Hands down best curry powder!
I have been using this brand curry powder for over 20 years! A Jamaican friend of mine made the best chicken curry, it was the most requested dish! We all thought she had some secret recipe and wouldn’t share but, she was very generous in sharing the recipe with us; very simple seasonings you always have in the kitchen. She said substitute brand for any of the products but, never substitute BetaPac curry powder. We did learn the hard way, how very right she was by using different brands when we were unable to find BetaPac. Now when someone asks for the recipe, I include a small bottle of the curry powder because thanks to Amazon I can now keep it in stock!
