Works for me.
Tried the others, came back to this one. Another one gave me stomach side-effects. This never does. Does it work? The blood test from my doc says yes. Worth trying. Good luck and hang in there, friend. : )

Noticeable difference for me
My doctor recommended I try L-methylfolate after finding I have an MTHFR gene mutation. I take it alongside my prescribed ADHD medication, and for me it made a noticeable difference. It feels like my medication works the way it’s supposed to when I take this consistently. The capsules are easy to swallow, I’ve had no issues with the product itself, and I’ll definitely keep buying it. Obviously everyone’s experience is different, but it’s been a great addition to my routine.

Allows my body to metabolize medications better
I did a medical/medications specific DNA test and found out that my body doesn’t metabolize folic acid normally. It was also inhibiting medications to work their full potential. I started taking about 3 weeks ago and already see a slight difference. The DNA test was evaluated by a Dr.and this specific brand and doseage was suggested by them.

Huge mood improvement!
