M-F Athletic Plastic Heel Protector Cups Heat Moldable Regular W7.5+/M6+ Box Pair

This is my second order of these heel protectors. They are light and smooth and my foot slips into them easily. Since they are thin, they don't take up much room, so my footwear still fits. The problem with them lifting out every time I took my shoes off was solved by taping them in with strong double sided carpet tape. After I wore them for some time, every one of the originals split but I was able to tape them up with fiberglass reinforced packing tape and they've been stable ever since. They completely eliminated the persistent pain of my heel spur and allowed me to avoid painful and prolonged surgery for the heel spur. While I wish they hadn't split, I'm satisfied with the cost and benefit of obtaining them.

I was skeptical at first, but for the price, why not try when you're desperate. Suffering from plantar fasciitis and heel pain. I 'm a tennis player so heel striking was making everything worse. Got these, they work. They protect my heel very well. They are not the most comfortable, but they work, so that's all I care about. Will/would buy again for sure.

I am a city bus driver. After having had Achilles surgeries and just bad feet from the constant pushing feet into petal it was daily struggle with feet. Different shoes everyday? Actually pouring ice water in shoes to stop the burning in heels I saw these and thought what they hey why not try them, not first inserts I've I have. Was expecting sweating, rubbing and chasing them around in shoe. Had none of that. They actually work! Rounded surface cupped heels nicely. Wasnt dealing with shifting foot inside of shoe continually to find "right spot" anymore. No cutting or biting in. Didn't cause any blister. I recommend these to anyone that drives for a living. My feet are screaming all day. Like that they can be used in all my shoes

I have plantar fasciitis, and my L heel has a thin fat pad due to getting multiple steroid shots. These heel cups definitely decreased the pain! I was skeptical because they are hard, but they help, especially if you have a thin fat pad. the only issue is that they are a little slippery with socks on...

I've been dealing with excruciating plantar fasciitis pain for a year now and have tried many things. This has been the only thing that has brought relief. The quality is not good though. The first one cracked in the first week and the second one just cracked (about 3 weeks later)

These are made from super stiff plastic that dig into the side of your heel. It comes with directions to put in warm water for 2 minutes and then put your heel in it inside your shoe so that it “forms” to your foot….ummmmm NO IT DOESN’T!!! The plastic didn’t give at all. Don’t waste your $$$ IMO

After a visit to the MD with a diagnosis of plantar fasciitis, my MD recommended these. I bought them, expecting a package as pictured. I received just two inserts, no box or instructions at all. I'm assuming they were probably returns from someone else. They're hard plastic. They fit into your shoe well and hold your heel together (side to side). They have no padding and are not that comfortable. I've tossed them out. I'm getting much more relief from the FeelLife Plantar Fasciitis Relief Shoe Inserts, sold here on Amazon. Give those a try.

I used identical heel cups for long and triple jumping for years. They work by holding the “meat” of the heel together without flattening and also by trapping a small cushion of air between the heel and jumping spike. I strongly recommend these for athletes who wish to avoid painful heel bruising from horizontal jump events.

It is the best solution for my Piezogenic papules. I wear them over my socks. they fit perfect for my 41 EU size shoes.
