TCP Smart Wi-Fi Smart Security Camera with 2-Way Communication, Motion Sensor and Night Vision, No Hub Required - 720p HD Camera

I am so pleased with this product. It works such wonders! I have connected it by the WIFI router downstairs in the living room area - it helps me keep an eye on my little puppy and hubby who is currently working from home (no trust issues!) There is also a motion detector, so if something is moving there and shouldn't be, it will warn you. There is an audio setting where you can also speak through the microphone - great way of communicating. Recording setting - good way of looking back on camera. I cant fault this what so ever ! Such an amazing camera - I will be purchasing more for definite throughout the house - good way to keep an eye on delivery guys, and any dodgy people. It's a must buy.

I brought this to compliment my outdoor security and was very impressed how quick it was to install and get running. The unique magnetic mount means it is very easy to remove and charge assuming like me, you mount it within arms reach or an upstairs window. I say upstairs because if its too low it can be very easily stolen or compromised being a simple magnetic mount. I have no idea of battery life yet as I have just purchased it. I am a bit annoyed that unlike their internal CCTV camera, it is not compatible with Alexa or Google Home as confirmed by TCP Smart technical support who responded very promptly to my questions. This was very disappointing given that the internal CCTV product can be viewed on my Google home hub max. Updated - after six months use I can confirm the battery lasts 5-6 weeks but really depends upon the amount of passing movement, I have a lot so maybe it will last longer without being constantly woken up by passers by.

Good and easy to use but could get stolen Easy due to magnetic mount

Bought one via amazon, explained battery life poor, offered part refund. Contacted seller, said charge for 48hrs. Battery declined faster. Got a replacement. Finished charging on Saturday. Now Monday battery shows 50% have kept inside, away from movement. Other type and make has 84% battery put up over 2 moths ago. Shame with this TCP product as I have 10 products, but only issues with is one.

Bought one for the front of the house and another for the rear. Marvelous.

This Camera is quite easy to set up using an iPhone X. Just download the app - plug it into the mains using the supplied usb cable - switch it on - find WiFi using it and connect - and you’ll get a nice intuitive easy to follow screen on the app. Using this app you can talk and hear voice from whoever is in the room where the camera is. You can View whatever is in front of the camera in real time from Anywhere in the world Set a motion detector and record footage - it has a motion alarm which alerts you. Take still shots Put in a Micro SD Card for as much storage as is needed. The camera has decent image quality and the stills and recorded footage are also decent and clear with a wide angle. So overall an easy to use and set up camera which is very versatile - you can use it as a security camera for the garden For the front porch or back/side door. Use it inside the house when you’re out Use it to monitor your kids when in the play room - or when they’re supposed to be reading or doing their maths but are playing on the Nintendo - catch em out! Become Big Brother! GRIPES It’s ugly and looks cheap and feels cheap It’s top heavy and unstable without using sticky pads to secure The usb cable is far too short to be of any use - it’s only about 4 feet long - Useless. The bendy adjustable camera head is a gimmick and not accurate nor stable Who else if able to access your footage? I don’t know much about privacy for this. Overall even if it came with a longer cable and a better ergonomic build and looked better (rather than a lollipop) it’d be a 5 star product - but because of the faults 3 stars.

The camera's are very efficient and picture quality is very good.
